Regardless of whether you want to give your existing printing ink a security upgrade or purchase a complete security ink from us, Tailorlux is your partner for concealed marking by printing processes. Even existing security features such as upconverters or mirror effects are no problem for our marker. Data matrix codes, QR and barcodes are not enough for your security needs? No matter if 1D or 2D code, we enable your solution to upgrade with the optical fingerprint. To do this, we can incorporate the solution into the ink itself, into a clear coat overlay, or even into a ribbon for your thermal transfer print. 

Where any marking would otherwise get too hot, the optical fingerprint resists paint burn-off. Mark flacons, glasses or ceramics with your own personal signature and protect your brand in primary packaging when other security features are no longer available.  

You have already made all the arrangements for optical fingerprint marking without even knowing it. Foams, adhesives and resins can be used as stable carriers for marking in almost any industrial process. The high viscosity enables easy handling and makes adhesives in particular ideal carriers. There is always the fear that marking could have an influence on the performance of adhesives and resins. This is not the case. Challenge us! You have an innovative surface technology designed to protect either themselves or the underlying material. Metals can be homogeneously marked via a surface coating. IntegriTEX® is a highly flexible solution for the digitalisation of your textiles. What started in 2015 with spinning out pigments in viscose fibres has now become a method for traceability and quantification of natural fibres. No matter what your ambition is for fibre tagging, IntegriTEX is your solution from simple verification over a few values chain steps or the direct link from producer to brand. integriTEX is also used in man-made fibres: PET, PP, PA66 or spandex are already in use and can be used as masterbatch or liquid dye for your fibres. Tailorlux relies on differentiated signatures for different customers and the generic integriTEX signature for recycled materials.

From equipment to the simplest consumer goods – manufacturers face tough competition and a constant price war in the aftermarket. While buyers were still willing to gamble on the brand’s promise of quality when making an investment, when it comes to consumer goods, the focus is usually only on the lowest possible price. Tailorlux provides a remedy for everyday manufacturers with its invisible marking. Our markers like plastics of all kinds; in addition to the perfect material matrix, extrusion is the perfect process for homogeneous insertion of the optical fingerprint. Plastic products can thus claim so-called “full body protection”, as the marker becomes an inseparable part of the product. This is a particularly important aspect in the event of damage: if your product is completely destroyed by fire, we can still prove in the ashes whether it really was your product. Melt-blown, injection moulding and calendering are common processes for our marker. From simple polymers to technical high-performance plastics with complex additives to biopolymers – everything can be marked without affecting the product properties.

From the outside, it is usually impossible to distinguish between originals and counterfeits. When counterfeit products are sold over the counter and installed in cars, this is not only annoying for the manufacturer, but can also be life-threatening for the consumer. Tailorlux uses an inseparable material marking system for the products, which can be used to quickly and easily identify original car accessories.

Many projects, especially in Europe, are linked to all stakeholders of the value chain and face this complex issue. However, many projects fail because of this complexity or unrealistic requirements for existing sorting equipment. Tailorlux contributes with the industry-specific solution integriSEED to protect your seed by inorganic marking in mordant or similar coating processes. In this way, you will be able to protect your high-quality seed from fraud by inferior goods and to be able to prove your seed in case of possible complaints. All you have to do is send in a sample of the field in question so that Tailorlux can check that it is indeed your seed.
