Tailorlux wins German Packaging Award GOLD
Tailorlux wins gold in the sustainability category of the German Packaging Award. This means that Tailorlux was able to compete among 99 entries in the sustainability category and convince the jury of its innovative sorting solution.
With the award-winning solution, HDPE cartridges with problematic silicone residues can be identified in the material flow using existing sorting technology. By marking the cartridges using UV screen printing inks, they can be detected and sorted out in the sorting system. “We are incredibly proud of this achievement and thank our partners Fischbach KG and Steinert Unisort GmbH for their support”; says project manager Dr. Beata Malysa. Managing Director Tobias Herzog is certain: “This means that a closed cycle is no longer a fantasy for the future, and can already begin today.”
